Celebrate the Winter Solstice with the Conservation Commission on Tuesday, December 31, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM in the Children's Room Craft Room at the Exeter Public Library, where you can participate in an Open Art Craft session to create paper lanterns. If you can't attend in person, you can collect a lantern kit from Parks & Rec., DPW, or the Planning Department between December 18 and 20, from 8:00 AM to 3 PM.
