About the Event

Join in a month long series of program inspired by the life of John Lewis. From book discussions, film screenings, historical presentations and more there is something for everyone.  On Monday, April 11 at 1 PM the library will have a screening and discussion on "Reclaiming Their Voice: The Native American Vote in New Mexico & Beyond". River Reads is sponsored by Libraries Transforming Communities: Focus on Small and Rural Libraries, an initiative of the American Library Association (ALA) in collaboration with the Association for Rural & Small Libraries (ARSL).  This Program is free and open to the public.
