On Wednesday, October 13 at 10:30 AM, Exeter Public Library hosts “Fall Prevention: Myths and Solutions, led by Jessica Mario of Seasons 4 Life LLC. Falling has become an epidemic in the senior population. If you have concerns or know someone that may be at risk of falling then this presentation is for you. The presentation brings to light some of the misconceptions about falling. Most importantly it provides solutions to help prevent falling.
