On Monday, November 1 at 6:30 PM, Exeter Public Library hosts Case Closed on the 1873 Smuttynose Ax Murders presented by J. Dennis Robinson, thanks to a grant from New Hampshire Humanities. Learn more about the almost 150 year old murder case that has haunted New England. Popular historian J. Dennis Robinson cuts through the hoaxes, lies, and rumors surrounding the case to lay out the facts on this moment in history.
