On Thursday, July 7 @ 3 PM-4 PM, Exeter Public Library's Teen Scene will have a Cupcake Decoration Kick-Off with Jenny Burgess as part of the Teen Summer Reading Program. All supplies will be provided. Cupcakes can be eaten after the program. Stay tune for other weekly events throughout the Summer. The program is free and open to all teens going into 6th-11th grade.
